Funding for Research Must be in Place

Saturday, June 7, 2014

The entire supply chain has to be in order to produce hybrids and electric vehicles, just as the funding for research must be in place, along with buyers lining up to buy them once they are produced, so it's just not as simple as demanding that companies spend more on research and development. Luckily, however most are already. Ford, GM, Tesla, Volvo, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Daimler, Chrysler are all working on these things, have been for years.

Grils Auto Car Show Coming Soon

Thursday, June 5, 2014

What would one expect from this one of a kind car show? Well, sure, there would be less of the usual vehicles clad in Jeep parts, Mercedes Benz parts, and Chevrolet parts. But there would be a real good share of alternative vehicles and those cars that have a high mile per gallon rate. Technology of such vehicles would also be showcased and shared. Seminars and symposiums would also be held so that goers could actually be able to interact with the experts on this matter. These would also be free of charge so interested parties need not worry about expenses.

Spend More on R and D for Hybrid Cars

Monday, June 2, 2014

Should auto makers be spending more money on research and development? Recently, I was asked this question. Well, if we are asking should car manufacturers be mandated to spend more on research, well, I'd say no, they should be doing what's in the best interest of their shareholders, and that means delivering products to their customers which are desired at price points they are willing to pay. If the consumers are demanding hybrid or electric cars, then they should be making more of them, but only if they can do this and still retain a profit.

Don a Pink Spaghetti Strap Top Like Luisa Zissman

Saturday, May 31, 2014

Tone up those bingo wings ladies because this summer - as seen on the catwalks from Topshop Unique to Christopher Kane, the spaghetti strap is coming out to play with a vengeance.
Luisa Zissman, however, hasn't got anything to worry
about in the bingo wing department and certainly has no qualms when it comes to whipping off her jacket to reveal the neon pink spaghetti strap top she's wearing underneath.
Chilly? Not a bit of it. She's got a matching bandana to keep her warm (very Miu Miu we must say!)
Come rain or shine, though, bright pink is guaranteed to brighten up any outfit and put a smile on everyone's face. However, if neon feels a bit day-glo of a morning, choose a shade more suited to your skin tone.
Rose, coral, fuschia - so many hues so little time. Fashion Finder is coming over all ASOS coral today and while we realise the Missguided number is indeed a tank top and and not a strappy number, we thought it captured the spirit of Luisa's scarf rather well. N'est-ce pas?

The new body modifications were etched by famed artist Bang Bang, the man behind Rihanna and Katy Perry's body art, just days after Justin was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence (DUI) and drag racing in Miami.

He told the New York Daily News: 'It was really difficult. The plane was shaking, so it's like trying to do a tattoo while you're driving over rocks ... and so I have to compensate and be so, so accurate.
'I've gotta admit that my adrenaline was through the roof. I didn't anticipate it would be so difficult.'
The tattoo artist added: 'This was the most difficult tattoo I've ever done for sure.'
