Chris Brown was in court yesterday Monday March 17th to face a judge for violating his probation and by the end of his hearing, the judge denied him bail and ordered that he remains in jail until his next hearing...which is not until April 23rd. This means he will be in jail for at five weeks. Oh dear!

His request to enter a new rehab facility after getting kicked out for the second time was denied...

Chris Brown sat motionless in court as the judge attributed his inability to stay out of trouble as the reason for his decision to deny bail and remand Chris into custody. Feeling bad for him.

"shady business practices" is code for racism.  He also claims the only interaction he ever had with her was a handshake on one occasion.  So he says if she didn't know him, how could she form her opinion?Barnes says the firing ruined his career, claiming it impacted Brandy's decision not to work with him ... based on Dennison trashing him to the singer.Barnes is now suing Dennison and Sony Music for ruining his reputation and stressing him out.  He claims he would have made $250K  had he not been fired.Sony says the whole thing is baseless.

Finally Chris Brown was Jailed After Being Thrown Out of Rehab ... Again!

Chris Brown is on his way to jail right now, because he violated a judge's order by getting booted from the rehab facility where he's been living for nearly 4 months ....   The judge in the Rihanna beating case ordered Chris to live in the Malibu rehab facility for 90 days to get anger management therapy, and he completed the stint earlier this month.  BUT ... at the last court hearing, the judge modified things and ordered Chris to stay in the facility while the Washington D.C. assault case ran its course.The deal was this ... if Chris left rehab, he would go directly to jail.Sources familiar with the situation tells ... Brown was thrown out of the rehab facility this morning, for violating "internal rules."  We do not know precisely what Chris did, but we're told it did not involve violence or drugs. ... Chris was caught having "an inappropriate relationship" with a female worker at the beginning of the month, but that is NOT why he was thrown out today.As you recall, Chris was previously thrown out of a different facility for throwing a rock at his mom's car window. Chris was picked up by L.A. County Sheriff's deputies this afternoon and is now in jail ...being held with no bail.

Police photos of Oscar Pistorius, taken shortly after he shot his girlfriend last year, were shown in court on Friday ... showing the former Olympic hero standing on his blood-stained prosthetic legs and wearing shorts covered in blood.Earlier this week, Pistorius vomited in court after a pathologist gave gruesome details about the injuries suffered by Pistorius' girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, when he shot her last Valentine's Day. Pistorius claims he shot Steenkamp by mistake, thinking she was an intruder. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life.

In this case ... the canvas was Lady Gaga.Gaga was playing drums on a song called "Swine" when Brown, after drinking neon green liquid, proceeded to stand over her, stick her fingers down her throat, and vomit the green liquid all over Gaga.
